How does the 14-day free trial work?

Go ahead, kick the tires. After 14-days your credit or debit card will be charged so you can continue using Bowls Buddy.

Will I be charged if I cancel my account before my free trial ends?

No. You will not be charged if you cancel your account before the 14-day free trial period. No risk, no contracts.

What is Bowls Buddy's refund policy?

As a policy, we do not issue refunds however we are happy to consider requests on a case by case basis.

How can I upgrade from the Starter to the Competitive plan?

To upgrade to the Competitive plan, log into your account and select upgrade plan for the billing section.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept both credit and debit cards. We also accept bank transfers or checks on requests sent to hello@bowlsbuddy.com.
